Spa Lotus is closed between 2:00 and 3:00 for shift change. This gives the morning technician a proper 30 minutes to clean up her room and it allows for the coming technician 30 minutes to prepare for her first client at 3:00. Making it a better experience for everyone involved including for our guests.

We resend paperwork out for your own safety. A lot of things may happen in between visits. It keeps our record current, therefore minimizing any mistakes.

You choose the monthly program/s that you would like. Normally, it would be a service that you do at least once a month. The day that you sign up for the membership, you will pay a $25 initiation fee, plus pay for the service that you would like. You will receive that service once a month at a discounted rate. The credit card that you use will be stored for auto-payments on that same date once a month. If you are not able to use the service that month for any reason, feel free to gift it out to a friend or family member. If you will not be able to use your membership for a couple of months, you can freeze your account for $15 per month to insure no price increase.

There are a few ways for you to purchase a monthly membership. You may purchase it online, you may give us a call at 469-329-0220 or come into the spa and we will be glad to help you. To purchase your membership online, you will have to go to our website at myspalotus.com Click on the “Book Online Now” button, on the top left of the service page, you will see 3 lines in the left top corner, click on that, a blue page will appear, click on “buy” another page will pop up, then click on “Memberships,” then you will be on our membership page where you can then select the membership that you would like.

The reason that you can not book certain services online after a certain time is, each service has a certain amount of time. If the time is after 8:30pm, the system will not allow you to book it. Try a 30 minute earlier time slot and it should allow you to book.

Spa Lotus doesn’t offer gel or dip polish at this time because we have discovered an all natural product line that’s safe for everyone, as well as an all natural polish line that stays on long, drys within 5 minutes, doesn’t damage your natural nails, and it’s made here in the USA. We pride ourselves with organic lines that’s healthier for our guests.

We require a credit card on file to help reduce No Shows. We do not charge your credit card unless you ask us to after your service. The only other reason we will charge your credit card is if you do not call to reschedule your appointment or if you do not show up for your appointment. Then you will be charged full price for the service that you were scheduled for.

Yes you can call after hours and leave a message. When you hang up, a bot will text you “how can we help you?” You can answer the questions and it will walk you through the process.

Spa Lotus has the Savannah Salt Cave, ultimate 2 person, full-spectrum chromotherapy LED, infrared lights. It heats up to 140 degrees.
